Shipping Policy

For Domestic delivery -

• Orders will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days from the order date.
• It tentatively takes 3 to 5 business days for a domestic shipment.
• For Chennai deliveries, if you would like to pick up via swiggy genie, dunzo etc, please reach out to us before placing the order.
• We ship throughout the week except during weekends and Public Holidays

 

For International delivery –

• Currently we are not shipping outside India.

 

Shipping Disclaimers

1. As the orders received have significant value, we kindly request our clients to ensure that there is a designated individual available to receive the package at the delivery address.
2. Please note that Zari by Suba cannot assume responsibility for packages that may be returned or left at doorsteps or outside the delivery address if a trusted person is not available to receive the parcels
